Our full terms and conditions will be published here. Until then, here is a summary of the key terms that apply to every plan.
- Every plan has a 12-month minimum term. After that, it rolls monthly with 30 days’ notice.
- There is no set-up fee on Starter (£35 a month) or Business (£65 a month). E-commerce (£99 a month) has a one-off set-up fee of £199.
- You own your content and domain. Virtuosite owns the design and code until you buy the site.
- After 12 months you can buy your website for a one-off fee: Starter £245, Business £445, E-commerce £695. This covers the full site files, database and domain transfer.
- Plans can’t be paused, but you can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
- Charities, clubs and community groups get 20% off any plan.
- Fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit.
